01 / MORNING
THE FIRST FIVE MINUTES.
Why your morning ritual matters more than you think.

Before the messages, the meetings and everything that needs your attention, there are five minutes that can still be yours. We look at the small things that help skin wake up, and make a rushed morning feel a little more put together.
Most mornings don't start. They happen to you. The alarm, the phone, three notifications you didn't ask for, and suddenly you're out of the door with your hair still wet and your skin still asleep.
We're not going to tell you to wake up at five. We're not going to hand you a twelve-step routine. We've tried those. They last about a week.
Small, on purpose.
A ritual doesn't have to be long to count. It has to be yours, and it has to happen. A glass of water before the coffee. A cleanser that takes thirty seconds. Something hydrating, pressed in with your hands instead of rushed on. SPF when the day asks for it.
“Consistency beats complexity. Every single time.”
The point isn't what's in the bottle. It's the pause. Five minutes where nothing is being asked of you yet, where you're the one doing the looking after.
Before the messages, the meetings and everything that needs your attention, there are five minutes that can still be yours.
The quiet part of the day.
Coffee while it's still hot. A window, some light. Getting dressed in something that makes you stand a bit straighter. None of this is skincare, exactly. All of it shows up on your face.
That's the thinking behind everything we make: beauty that fits into a real morning, not a fantasy one. Repeated, not perfected.
A RITUAL CAN BE SMALL.IT JUST HAS TO BE YOURS.
