• Skin Sisters · the company named above.
• Customer · the consumer who books a treatment or buys a product.
• Beauty Room · the Skin Sisters studio at De Melkfabriek, Bergen op Zoom.
• Treatment · any service in the Beauty Room, including intake consultations and touch-ups.
• Beauty Water / Product · the physical products sold via the website.
• Pre-order · an order for a product that is not yet available for normal delivery.
• Booking · a reserved appointment for a treatment.
• Website · the Skin Sisters website.

These terms apply to every booking and order placed via the website. They are shown and must be accepted before you pay, and you can save or print them at any time using the link at the top of this page. The version you accepted is recorded with your booking or order.

You choose a treatment and time, enter your details and pay the amount shown. Your booking is confirmed only once that payment has been received; until then the time is held for a short period. You'll see the total treatment price, the amount to pay today and the remaining balance before paying. The remaining balance is paid in the studio. Online payments are handled by Mollie (such as iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, where available).

Beauty Room bookings require at least 25% of the treatment price upfront, unless a higher amount or full payment is shown before booking. What happens to this payment if you cancel is set out in the cancellation rules below, a deposit is not automatically non-refundable.

If you arrive late, we'll do what we can in the remaining time so the next client isn't affected. If Skin Sisters has to cancel, we offer a new time or refund everything you paid. Any costs we charge will never be more than is reasonable for the loss we actually suffer.

Please tell us about anything relevant to whether a treatment can be done responsibly, such as pregnancy, medication, allergies or skin conditions. We may postpone or decline a treatment if there is a reasonable safety or treatment reason; in that case we'll discuss a new time or a refund. Our treatments are cosmetic and are not medical care.

Every skin and body responds differently, so results vary from person to person. We don't guarantee specific skin results, perfect symmetry, specific pigment retention or permanent results.

Permanent make-up starts with a consultation. If you have existing PMU, we may ask for photos or an intake first; touch-up rates apply to existing Skin Sisters clients. Healing takes time and depends partly on following our aftercare advice. Please give truthful and complete intake information. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for our own negligence or your statutory rights.

An order is formed once you complete checkout and your payment is received. Prices and availability are shown on the website; the pre-order status is shown on the product page, in your bag, at checkout and in your confirmation.

Pre-orders are paid 100% upfront. The product is not yet available for normal delivery; deliveries are expected from around February 2027 (about three months after 1 November 2026). We keep you updated by email, especially if this changes significantly. Your statutory withdrawal right applies to pre-orders as well.

All prices include VAT. Shipping and any other mandatory costs are shown before you pay.

Online payments are processed by Mollie. Beauty Room: at least 25% upfront unless otherwise shown. Beauty Water pre-orders: 100% upfront.

Not happy? Email [EMAIL ADDRESS] with a short description. We confirm receipt and aim to give a full answer within 14 days. If we can't solve it together, you can use the EU's online dispute resolution options or go to the competent court.

We are liable for damage caused by our shortcomings, as the law provides. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information you give us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

The Skin Sisters name, website copy, photography, illustrations, branding, design, Beauty Water packaging and other original content belong to Skin Sisters or its licensors. Please don't use them without our permission.

We may update these terms. The version you accepted when booking or ordering continues to apply to that booking or order.

Dutch law applies. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the consumer law of the EU country where you live.
